Online Services

How long before my order ships?

Unless specified otherwise, most orders ship out in 1-3 business days. If there are any delays in shipping, we will contact you personally. Also, if we are out of office for an extended period of time, we will post it on our banner.

Is there a local Pickup/Delivery service?

We offer local pickup as well as local delivery. The locations that we offer this service to is limited. When checking out, you can enter your zip code and see if your area is pickup/delivery friendly.

What if my product arrived damaged?

Please utilize the Contact Us function at the bottom of the page for assistance. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work with you to correct the situation.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes we can.

Do you ship any day of the week including weekends?

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we will not drop off products in drop boxes. This limits what businesses we can and cannot utilize for shipping. Thus we can only ship Monday through Friday. We do this to maintain the integrity of the products and to prevent overheating or freezing.

We also will not ship late in the week to prevent products from sitting on trucks or in warehouses during cold/hot seasons.

What kind of wax/wicks do you use?

We use different waxes, wicks, and oils for products. Each product has their own descriptions to better explain what is in them. We do not utilize lead in our candles as that is illegal.

Do you post all of your craft shows?

Yes, we do! We also put all of our craft shows and events on our Facebook page for your convenience. Every event has its own event page where you can keep up to date with it by clicking interested on Facebook.
